Description
Our beautiful 650 sq foot open space is available for rent Friday - Sunday. ADA accessible. 24-hour access. It’s the perfect space for classes or workshops as well as arts/crafts, yoga & movement and acoustic music rehearsals. Street parking is easy, there’s a lobby and two ADA accessible bathrooms. For loading in you can use the parking lot & then park on the street.
Acoustic concerts are also welcome! We’re willing to consider pretty much everything except toxic fumes, large messes or loud amplification.
East-facing wall of windows allow plenty of light without direct sun exposure. Floors are polished wood and ceilings are 10 feet tall. Doors are dead-bolted with coded digital locks.
You’re welcome to use the furniture that’s in the room but we don’t provide any extra chairs/tables.
